Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Management (UTS) Master Trainer Level 1 in Kettlebells and Suspension ropes Certificate 4 in Fitness Krav Maga Level 2 Fighter Aloka specialises in functional movement, highlighting the use of good technique and exercise forms that are the foundations of a fitter, faster and stronger version of any individual. |
