STRENGTH & CONDITIONING​

Our main services include small group training and personal training, catering to clients and athletes of all standards and fitness levels. Our workouts are designed to allow each individual to progressively achieve their optimal performance.

Qualifications:
​Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Management (UTS)
Master Trainer Level 1 in Kettlebells and Suspension ropes
Certificate 4 in Fitness
Krav Maga Level 2 Fighter

Aloka specialises in functional movement, highlighting the use of good technique and exercise forms that are the foundations of a fitter, faster and stronger version of any  individual.

FAQ
Do I need to book?
No need to book, just arrive 10 minutes before your preferred session, this gives you time to register and get ready for your class. If you would prefer, book your first class in advance.
I have never done Strength + Conditioning before - Which class should I come too?
If you have never done Strength + Conditioning before, that is okay. Our qualified Coach, is very understanding and will get you on your way.
How long does the classes go for?
Each class run for 60 minutes
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CLASS?
Once you finish your class, head over to the front desk to have a chat with our friendly staff
