Muay Thai is a comprehensive combat sport originating from Thailand that utilizes "the art of 8 limbs" including hands, elbows, feet, knees, and grappling. It is an effective self-defense technique and great cardiovascular workout, perfect for fitness and competition in kickboxing and MMA. Muay Thai is a revered martial art, with a deep tradition of respect.

Darkside Gym offers an extensive training program, combining skills from Muay Thai, K-1 and Dutch kickboxing to give clients well-rounded skills. Experts in Muay Thai and kickboxing create a dynamic environment for students to learn the 4- and 8-point striking systems. Elbows, knees, and upper body grappling are all part of the mix, giving students the tools to compete in the stand-up game.

Muay Thai kickboxing classes at our gym offer an effective way to learn effective combat techniques while getting an intense workout. Whether you are a beginner or a professional, our classes are tailored to all fitness levels.

16oz boxing gloves, mouth guard and Shinguards is required

In our Muay Thai Kickboxing classes, you will learn how to strike an opponent using your hands, feet, elbows and knees. You will also learn how to clinch an opponent and use strikes from this position. You will then learn how to use the Thai pads, focus mitts, kick shields and bags to increase your skills and fitness. As your skills improve, you will learn to navigate the ring and improve your sparring ability.

$55 per week - 3 Month Plan

T&C: Membership plans are billed every 2 weeks. Each membership is lock in for a minimum term then rolls over to no-lock in contract. Early cancellation = 50% of remaining balance End of minimum term can cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice.
