    Boxing Fundamentals

    No contact. No stress. Just real skill.
    This class is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to sharpen their foundation. You'll learn stance, guard, footwork, defensive movement, and how to throw proper punches. It’s a safe, structured environment — no sparring, just progress.

    Advanced Boxing

    Step it up. Time to apply what you’ve learned.
    This class introduces controlled contact and advanced drills including partner work, padwork, and optional sparring. We focus on ring movement, combinations, defense, and ring IQ — all under the guidance of experienced coaches.
