Whether you’re brand new or looking to sharpen your skills, our Muay Thai and Dutch Kickboxing classes are designed to build strong foundations and challenge you as you grow.

You’ll learn:

  • Proper stance and guard

  • Punching, kicking, knees, elbows, and clinch work (Muay Thai)

  • High-volume striking, angles, and combinations (Dutch style)

  • Footwork, timing, and fight IQ

  • Padwork, partner drills, and light contact sparring (optional)

All drills are coach-led, and we match intensity to your level — so you’re always learning, improving, and staying safe.

Our coaching approach is hands-on, technical, and personal. Every coach takes the time to get to know your goals and your style, and they’ll challenge you to grow while keeping it real, safe, and supportive.

  • Coach Uro is a technician in the ring and a perfectionist on the pads. With a background in both amateur and professional boxing, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a fighter’s mindset to every session. Uro is known for his ability to break down complex techniques and teach them in a way that sticks — whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up.

    Uro runs some of our most technical boxing sessions and works closely with our competitive fighters, but don’t be intimidated — he’s just as passionate about building beginners from the ground up. His calm, no-nonsense style keeps classes focused and productive, and he’s always ready to help you refine your form or push through your limits.

  • Eden leads our Muay Thai and Kickboxing program with precision, energy, and deep respect for the craft. With years of experience across striking disciplines and MMA, Eden brings a hybrid style of coaching that’s rooted in fundamentals but shaped by real-world application.

    Known for his sharp attention to detail and high-energy sessions, Eden breaks down complex movements into practical, easy-to-learn progressions. He’ll push your pace, polish your technique, and bring out the confidence in your striking.

    Whether you’re learning how to throw your first roundhouse or fine-tuning your clinch work, Coach Eden brings structure, purpose, and intensity to every round.
