Membership Cancellation Form

Our membership plans minimum terms:

- 3 months (minimum 6 payments)

- 6 months (minimum 13 payments)

-12 months (minimum 26 payments)

Early Termination Policy

If a member wishes to terminate their membership before the end of their minimum term, the following conditions apply:

- Members must pay 50% of the remaining balance of their contract.

Cancellation Policy

After the completion of the minimum term, members can cancel their membership with:

- A 14-day notice period provided via email.
