Our Kids Boxing program isn’t about throwing wild punches — it’s about teaching real technique, building confidence, and creating a positive outlet for energy. Led by experienced coach Eden, these sessions are structured, fun, and designed to help young people grow — both in and out of the gym.

We teach respect, focus, self-discipline, and proper boxing fundamentals — all in a safe, no-contact environment that supports every child’s journey, no matter their starting point.

Who it’s for:

Ages: 6–12
Experience needed: None. Beginners welcome.

What we teach

In each class, your child will learn:

  • Boxing stance, guard, footwork, and movement

  • Basic punches and defensive drills

  • Coordination and fitness exercises

  • Respect, self-control, and gym discipline

  • Teamwork and personal responsibility

Classes are coach-led with age-appropriate drills, clear instructions, and a strong focus on safety, encouragement, and fun.

    With a coaching style that balances discipline with fun, Eden builds strong connections with his students and makes sure every child feels seen, heard, and supported.
