Our Strength and Conditioning classes are designed for all ages, fitness levels and abilities!
Whether you want to get fitter, stronger or just want to improve your overall health. Our sessions are specifically tailored for you as great total body workouts, with a mixture of cardio, strength, mobility and resistance training. Our classes will help you achieve your fitness goals as well as improve your overall well-being and will leave you wanting to come back for more!

-Fundamentals of functional mobility.

-HIRT (High intensity resistance training) instructor

-8 years of MuayThai and Boxing training, amateur fighter.

Viktoriya specialises in functional movement, highlighting the use of good technique and exercise forms that are the foundations to achieve your fitness goals as well as improve your overall well-being
